I created The Life Daily after spending the past decade trying to learn how to become my best self. This is the 2023 Yearly Planner, and its goal is to help you transform your life through intentional planning, journaling, and organization. 
 
There is so much power in writing something down on paper (or in this case, on a digital screen), and that's something that this planner will help you do.
 
I've included templates, pages, and spreads that I personally use on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. There's everything from Monthly Vision Boards, to Guided Gratitude Prompts, to SMART Goal Planners. I wanted to create something that is not only practical for everyday use, but something that truly helps you optimize your day-to-day life. Hence, The Life Daily.
 
This Digital Planner is compatible with your iPhone, iPad, or Computer. I prefer to use it on my iPad on apps like Goodnotes and Notability.

- You'll receive an email with a download for the digital planner! :) While this is a digital file, you can definitely print it out if you want as well! 
 
Please note that this is a digital download! After you receive it, I recommend trying out a few different apps to see which one works best for you. Two that I personally use are Goodnotes and Notability, but feel free to do other research to find one that works for you.
