Hey hey! I just made a new Notion Template for you guys, so here's a quick breakdown of how to use it!
Use my Fitness Tracker template to keep yourself on track with your health and wellness goals. This template is broken up into four sections: meals, workouts, recipes, and habits.
MEALS OF THE WEEK
Use this section of the template to track what you eat throughout the week. Simply click on the day of the week and enter in what you had for that day.
Use this section to plan out and track your workouts for the week. Next to each day, write down what you plan on doing. Then, mark it as complete when you're done! I also made a column for you to rank the difficulty of the workout.
RECIPES TO CHECK OUT
I added a link to a vegetarian recipe article, but you can change it to whatever article/website you'd like! This is a quick way to access recipes without having to leave the page.
A big part of a fitness journey is the habits that go along with it, so I wanted to make sure you had a place to track those habits! Feel free to change them to whatever you're working on. Mark them as completed next to the day of the week.
