How to Become Self-Motivated

Do you ever feel like you can't stay motivated on your own? Do you have any game plan as to how you will be and continue to pursue self motivation?

Today, I'll go over 3 Steps to getting to a point where your internal motivation will flow naturally.

Identify what you want to achieve.

Like most areas of life, the hardest part can be to really understand what it is that you want to do. What is the objective? What do you want to end each day knowing you achieved?

Ask yourself these questions and decide what it is you are working towards.

Extra tip! Never stop thinking about this objective. Always keep it in the forefront of your mind. (We'll talk more about this in Step 3.)

Establish accountability by sharing your goals publicly or with someone you trust.

One of the best ways to build self-motivation is to share your goals and aspirations with the world.

How you do that is up to you, but having someone or many people there to help push you to keep going can really make a big difference in whether or not you continue to stay motivated.

Remember why you started.

I love this one. It really goes to show that if you remember why you started, your internal motivation will never truly go away.

Despite any obstacles that might come in your way, you will continue to work towards your goal since you will always remember your "why."

I hope that this short post was enough to inspire you to chase your dreams again! It's a really rewarding experience, and once you get going, your self-motivation will follow.
